Shipping, payment & returns Policy-
Shipping-
Once you've placed an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Our emails are automated, didn't receive an email? Send us an email and we will gladly resend you one. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with the shipping information. We ship via USPS mail, and FedEx you will be sent an email with tracking once your order has been fulfilled. We ship to the US, and all around the world. All ready to ship orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days of receiving payment(holidays may vary).
Office/Distribution is closed during the weekend.
We are not liable for any package that shows delivered, and yet the customer did not receive. Customer needs to get in touch with the carrier to file a claim.
If there is an issue with your package/with the carrier, customer must contact carrier to resolve.
Certain products can change due to temperature variations within the seasons, and during transportation. At Blissful Organix, we DO NOT use any stabilizers or chemical preservatives in our products. So please take this into consideration while placing your order.
DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship to the US,& All around the world.
The default pricing on our site is in USD. The conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used for the transaction.
The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page.
It usually takes 5-15 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Blissful Organix is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery; You by placing your order agree. If package is refused upon delivery we will not refund your order. You by placing an order with us confirms you have read our policies.
We do not refund original shipping charges or refund order for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

Payments-
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing the order, and we will gladly cancel it for you.
We collect California State Taxes only for our CA residents.
Taxes may vary depending on your city, automatically calculated by site.
We accept American-Express, Master Card, Visa, & Discover through our easy Paypal & Square or and Google Checkout.
Returns-

Please let us know why you are not satisfied.
DEPENDING on the details provided, we will:
- Provide you with a full refund (excluding shipping costs) - Send you a replacement - Give you tips on how to use your product more effectively
If you have purchased multiple identical products, please return the Unused ones for a full refund. You must provide us with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. In order to receive a full product refund please ship your item(s) back to the Blissful Organix's distribution center,if per approval. Blissful Organix does not provide return shipping labels.
We charge a 15% restocking fee per return.
We monitor returns and reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to misusing or abusing the policy.
All discrepancies, such as missing or damaged items, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery(pictures will be needed for loss prevention). Makeup products, we cannot accept returns, due to sanitary purposes. If Items were damaged during transportation Blissful Organix will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer(pictures will be needed.)
