Color variations in natural and organic ingredients are very common (whenever you have plant-based ingredients). 
Many times we will receive an oil from the same supplier where the color is noticeably different—but the properties of the oil remain the same. 
So we may even need to adjust the pigment level to correct the final end color. 
But we always strive to get as close as possible when color-correcting to our lab sample standard (we perform our color matching both by comparing the color blended out very well on skin and on special glass paper). 

IMPORTANT- It is the nature of our all-natural formulation.
We are not using silicones or chemical emulsifiers to bind like traditional, chemical makeup. 
That is why it is so important to manually blend out the color on face when color matching to previous batches. When spread out on the skin manually, it produces a homogeneous blend of the emulsions & pigments.
